Tamil Nadu Part = 2

Hello Friends

Now almost a year passed to work here in Tamilnadu and in this company. So here I come to evoke some pages of my life in TamilNadu. It is wrong to say that my 1year in this company was very good and happy, everything is good and bla bla… there were some problems with some but one who learn how to adjust and defend oneself can move further and this is exactly what I have done I made myself secure in every situation, done my work honestly and be what am I. I didn't change myself for others. And now I am enjoying benefits of it. Well that’s enough now ;)

After came here from the start I was trying to find some Vipassana meditator who organize the 1day course on every Sunday. But my bad luck I found none, there are some meditators in Pondicherry but they don’t organize one day course and it Its shame that here in Pondicherry n Tamilnadu not much center except one in Chennai and in now in Madurai. But one can get a lot of temples of every GOD in each n every city :). Talking about Climate, no winter, no monsoon, that time i crave for monsoon like DhammaGiri... DhammaGiri is best place to enjoy monsoon :). 24hrs raining for full 4month...

In the mid of July I visited Kanykumari and Rameswaram. as you may be know kanyakumari is end of South in India's map. There I visited a temple of kanyakumari goddesses and shocked when Priest/pujari told me that men can only  enter after removing there upper cloth :), its ritual in some/may be most temples in tamilnadu..Later on we visited other site seeing places such as Thiruvanamalai statue in Sea. One thing is for sure there is no comparison to nature’s beauty when I saw the point where 3sea’s meet, viz.. Indian sea, Bengal sea and Arabian sea. Those tides with full energy make a milky appearance in sea was just awesome.

Rameswaram is place related to epic Ramayana. First time I went inside any temple and follow the one ritual’s which is bathing with water from different wells (kumbh/kua). Don’t think that how come this atheist did that I dident do for ritual or I do not believe in something. but I did for fun to take bath from almost 30-40 different wells, it was really fun. During site seeing, In one temple of Hanuman I saw that stone which mentioned in Ramayana, the bridge of stone floating on sea from India to Srilanka. That heavy stone really floats. I don’t know science behind that stone, but it really floats ;).

Also in Dec. I went to Kodaikanal hill station its indeed The Prince of Hill Station. It feel that I am god who is seeing this earth from above the cloud. Once again I can say that there is no comparison for natures beauty. After kodaikanl we went to Madurai. In there we went to Minakshi Temple. It was good temple to see but I was shock by reading inside the temple that “NON HINDUS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THIS BOUNDARY  I dident get the meaning of this sentence. Whether it is mean for Dalits in India/ those foreigners who visited that temple/for any Muslim. This was shock for me that caste-ism is still in India so publicly.
Well talking about city, It nice city; we walk almost whole city.

About my Vipassana practice. It’s hard to maintain practice daily while work but i m doing it in my different way :). Like meditating in car while daily short journey etc :). and visiting to catholic ashram as they are meditators. They allow me to meditate in their DhammaHall whenever I went there for short time. And fill the gap by doing self course in my room.

I’ll come with next page of my life till then cheers
